1. Booking and Payment<\/strong><\/p>\n After agreeing a date for a tour with LONDON CALLING (Londontouren.co.uk), this will be provisionally reserved and is not binding. After payment of a 50% deposit to LONDON CALLING (Londontouren.co.uk) the date will be unconditionally booked for you. You will then be provided with a written confirmation which will also serve as your ticket. Concierge Service, if required, will be billed separately.<\/p>\n 2. Cancellations and Rescheduling<\/strong><\/p>\n A tour with LONDON CALLING (Londontouren.co.uk) can be cancelled without penalty up to 30 days before the tour is due to take place. The 50% deposit will be refunded in full. In the case of a cancellation which takes place between 10 and 29 days before the tour is due to take place, 50% of the deposit will be refunded. In exceptional cases it may be possible to reschedule to a different date without penalty, although this cannot be guaranteed. In the case of a cancellation which takes place 9 days or less from the day on which the tour is to take place, no refund of the deposit will be made. In exceptional cases it may be possible to reschedule to a different date without penalty, although this cannot be guaranteed. LONDON CALLING (Londontouren.co.uk) reserves the right to levy an administration charge of \u00a330 in the case of a rescheduling. In the case of a cancellation which takes place on the day of the tour or in the case of a \u2018no show\u2019 by clients, no refund of the deposit will be made.<\/p>\n 3. Attendance and Performance:<\/strong><\/p>\n LONDON CALLING (Londontouren.co.uk) commits to carrying out the tour which has been booked irrespective of weather conditions. In the case of an \u2018Act of God\u2019, or other unforeseen circumstances (e.g. strikes, road closures ) which prevent the tour from taking place as arranged or which endanger the safety of clients, LONDON CALLING (Londontouren.co.uk) reserves the right to deviate from the pre-arranged route, to end the tour, or not to go ahead with the tour. Should any of the above prevent the tour from going ahead, the deposit will be refunded in full.
